Shenyang (SMTCL) - T3 turning centres, CAK lathes, VMC machining centres
Six SMTCL families, split between machines that mill and machines that turn. The VMC B and VMC Q are vertical machining centres; the T3 is a slant-bed turning centre and the three CAK families are CNC lathes.

Among the machining centres, the B series covers the widest span of sizes - 580 to 2100 mm in X, and 300 kg to 3000 kg on the table - and steps from a BT40 spindle up to BT50 from the VMC1300B. The Q series is three sizes, all BT40, with a spindle from 50 to 10000 rpm.
Among the lathes, the families are the CAK 36/40, the CAK 50, and the CAK 63/80/100, the largest of which is listed in 1000, 1500 and 3000 mm lengths.
Spindle speed falls as the lathes get bigger: 100 to 3000 rpm on the 36 sizes, 15 to 2200 rpm on the 50 series, and 17 to 1000 rpm on the 63/80/100 - so match the machine to the diameter you actually run, not to the largest part you might one day take.
Every figure above is taken from the manufacturer specifications published on the machine pages, each of which names its own source.
